In short: HSLP Labs never sells data and does not collect your name or email. Depending on the app and platform, Google or Apple services may be used (ads, in-app purchases, saving, leaderboards, analytics). They process data as described below.
1. Data that may be processed
Ads (Google AdMob): advertising ID, IP address, technical information (model, OS, language) and ad interactions. In the EU you are asked for consent on first launch; without consent, only non-personalised ads are shown. On iOS and macOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission is requested before any ad tracking. You can change your choice at any time from the app's settings.
In-app purchases (Google Play, App Store): payments are handled entirely by Google or Apple. HSLP Labs never receives your payment details; the app only receives a purchase confirmation.
Cloud save and leaderboards (Google Play Games, Game Center, iCloud): if you are signed in to one of these services, your progress may be saved to your Google or iCloud space, and your scores may appear on leaderboards with your gamer name.
Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): pseudonymous usage data (session length, screens viewed, progress, purchases, ads viewed), app instance ID, device model and approximate country, used only to improve our apps.

2. Data stored on your device
Your progress and settings are also stored on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
3. Permissions
Our apps may use Internet access (ads, purchases, saving, analytics), the vibrator and the advertising ID. A sensitive permission (location, contacts, photos, microphone) is only requested when the app needs it to work, and always with your explicit consent.
4. Sharing
HSLP Labs does not sell or rent any data. The data listed above is processed by Google or Apple as processors or controllers under their own terms, possibly outside the EU with the safeguards they provide.
5. Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their data.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to us. You can also opt out of personalised ads from the app's settings, reset your advertising ID in your device settings, delete your cloud save from the relevant service (Google Play Games, Game Center, iCloud) and erase local data by uninstalling the app. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL): cnil.fr
7. Changes
This policy may change; the “last updated” date will be updated accordingly.
